AYSO Region 217 - Tucson, AZ

If you have already registered you can expect to be contacted by a coach soon after Labor Day (September 1st).

Go to: www.eayso.org and register your child to play in Region 217! You can even register as a coach, referee, or other volunteer. You’ll still need to come to one of our registrations to pick up the registration package, pay, etc. but we plan on having a quick line for those who bring in their eayso forms.

For the 2008 regular season, registration dates and fees are as follows:

Early Bird Registration: 1st child $75.00, 2nd child $70.00, 3rd child $65.00
March 1 - Freedom Park soccer field

Early Registration: 1st child $85.00, 2nd child $80.00, 3rd child $75.00
May 17 - Rita Ranch, Purple Heart Park 9am-1pm
June 20 - Lakeside Park, soccer field 6pm-9pm
June 28 - Clements Center 10am-2pm
July 26 - Albertsons, 9595 E Broadway 9am-1pm

Late Registration: 1st child $95.00, 2nd child $90.00, 3rd child $85.00
August 16 - Clements Center 10a-2p

Registration fees include:

• One full uniform per player (shirts, shorts, and socks)
• A trophy or medal at the end of the season
• The AYSO National registration fee
• Player Insurance
• Subscription to National "Soccer Now" magazine

Players new to Region 217 will need to show a birth certificate at the time of registration. U-10 through U-16 divisions will also have end of season playoffs.

If you don’t like waiting in line, don’t wait till the last registration The lines have run as long as an hour and a half on that last date. Come to an earlier registration date and miss the lines.

It is also a very good idea to come to an early registration if you are planning on coaching a U-12 team or older. Practice fields, times and dates will be given to coaches on a first come, first serve basis. So if you think you want to coach an upper division this year, REGISTER EARLY!
